We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase/order ID is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Damaged products due to misuse
- Customized or personal items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, refunds may be processed via:
- Bank transfer
- UPI
- Store credit
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for assistance.
